Jason manages millwork projects from start to finish, guiding every stage from scope review and design through purchasing, fabrication, and delivery.
With a career in the Austin commercial millwork industry since 1985, Jason brings decades of expertise serving commercial contractors, architects, and developers throughout Central Texas. His experience spans hands-on fabrication, custom cabinet building, fine finishing, and field installation, as well as management roles in drafting, engineering, purchasing, project management, and operations leadership. This broad background allows him to support complex commercial cabinet and millwork projects with precision and consistency.

Matthew Williamson is the Product Lead for Express Millwork, bringing more than 26 years of experience in the architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, and commercial casework industry. Serving clients across Austin, San Antonio, and Central Texas, he specializes in launching new divisions, overseeing large-scale commercial millwork and cabinet projects, and developing streamlined procedures that strengthen performance across the department.
With a degree in Interior Architecture and Product Design, Matthew applies a systematic, detail-oriented approach that delivers consistent, reliable results for contractors, architects, and builders. His previous positions include logistics, custom cabinet assembly, countertop fabrication, CNC machining, edge bander operation, production management, and engineering support. He holds certifications in OSHA 30, CPR, Stop the Bleed, forklift/lull operation, and aerial/scissor lift operation. He is also proficient in Microsoft Office, Quick Base, Microvellum, Bluebeam, and other PDF editing tools essential for cabinet and millwork project management.
