Choosing a cabinet provider is a big decision, and you probably have questions about our process, materials, timelines, and more. This FAQ page is here to offer clear, helpful answers to the most common questions we receive from contractors and designers. We’re here to help every step of the way.

Ordering & Modifications

Orders can be placed through our website. You will receive the order confirmation directly through the website, fully contactless, unless you have a request for a custom order. In that case, our team will follow up to review your needs.

Due to the expedited service offered by Express Millwork, modifications are generally not possible once the order has entered production. Please contact us immediately at help@expressmillwork.com for assistance, and we will advise if changes can still be made.

Due to the expedited service offered by Express Millwork, orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. After that time, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a restocking/production fee, except where required by law. Please contact help@expressmillwork.com for assistance.

Orders over 20 cabinets may impact lead times. We reserve the right to decline orders that exceed our production capacity. Please contact us help@expressmillwork.com for assistance with large-volume requests.

Before ordering, please contact help@expressmillwork.com and send a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. Sales tax-exempt status will only apply once we verify and approve the provided exemption certificate, in accordance with applicable state laws.

Products & Customization

Express Millwork fabricates high-quality cabinets from a standard catalog of products. Our offerings include base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall storage units, sink cabinets, ADA sink frames, and leg panels, all designed for commercial applications.

You can order cabinets in a standard 3" increment for the width and a set of standard dimensions for the height and depth. Our catalog is designed for efficient production while still offering flexibility to suit most project needs.

Production & Lead Time

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days for quantities smaller than 20 cabinets, while larger orders typically ship within 10–15 business days. Estimated lead times are subject to change based on order volume, supply availability, and other factors. We will confirm estimated ship date at order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery to the Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, the Valley, and their surrounding areas. Currently, we only deliver to the areas listed. Orders placed outside these service regions may be declined or subject to additional freight arrangements.

Express Millwork cabinets are delivered fully assembled.

Installation & Support

Currently, Express Millwork does not offer installation. Tutorials can be found in the 'How To' section of our website. Alternatively, contact a local contractor.

Materials & Warranty

Our catalog cabinets are fabricated with white melamine 3/4" particle board and 1/4" MDF and finished in a wide range of plastic laminate colors from leading manufacturers. Please refer to our list of offered colors to select the right finish for your project.

Cabinets will be assembled with all necessary door hinges, shelf rests, and drawer guides to ensure each product is fully functional. Pulls, if selected, will be included in the order.

Yes, all cabinets come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please see warranty policy available on our website.
