Christus Health bought out many of the Hill Country premier Urgent Care facilities and found themselves in a slightly different scenario of marketing than in the big city. Since we had represented this local chain of Urgent Cares since inception, we knew their clientele and how to reach a rural market without the means of traditional advertising. The client’s goal was to create informative and user-friendly platforms for its brand and continue with the great service the facilities had offered in the past under different ownership. Our team executed inviting pieces that did just that and made for a seamless transition of the new ownership while keeping the same great hometown service. A cool color scheme that displayed its principles of service were evident throughout the marketing. Once they experienced our customer service, it only made sense for us to help other Promptu clinics in other areas with some of their marketing pieces.
