About Us

  • Health and Community Safety
  • How to use tools and camping equipment properly
  • Crafts
  • Memorization
  • Scout songs, oaths & creeds
  • History
  • Science projects
  • Sports/Team Games
  • Plus many more fun activities

Den Meetings are FUN!

  • The Pinewood Derby (build your own car)
  • The Blue & Gold Banquet/Celebration (blue & gold are the colors of the cub scout)
  • Popcorn Sale Kick-off Party - Movie Night

  • Amateur and Professional Sporting Events
  • Various Swimming/Bowling Parties/Cookouts

Cub Scouting means "doing." Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness.

Apart from the fun and excitement of Cub Scout activities, the Cub Scout Promise, the Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout sign, handshake, motto, and salute all teach good citizenship and contribute to a boy's sense of belonging.

“The spirit is there in every boy; it has to be discovered and brought to light."

"Loyalty is a feature in a boy's character that inspires boundless hope."

"The sport in Scouting is to find the good in every boy and develop it."
