Denise Marcos

If you met Denise, you wouldn’t think that underneath her quiet and serious demeanor she was actually outgoing and a little goofy—all attributes that are good to have in this fast-paced agency life.

Denise graduated with a journalism degree with an emphasis in PR/advertising from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Prior to her coming to Rudkin, she was the editor-in-chief at a wedding magazine for seven years.

When Denise isn’t at the office, she’s busy being a mama to her four kids (all under the age of 7), which often consists of soccer/basketball/baseball games, paper crafts and glue, and trying not to make board games a competition.

The best adjective to describe yourself: Passionate

The one thing you must have at work: My playlist of alternative music.

Fun fact no one but your mother knows: There is a middle school named after my maiden name, back home on Guam, where I am from. I always used to tell my friends that the person it was actually named after was my uncle. And I was probably right.

Personal information you want to share: I have three jerseys, Christmas ornaments, a bobble head of Brett Favre, and a Packer cheese head. I am a fan.

Philosophical moment: Be kind—for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. – Plato
